Crystal Jade’s 25th Anniversary with a Michelin Star Award

Few days ago we celebrated Crystal Jade’s 25th year anniversary and guess what?! Crystal Jade Golden Palace in Singapore just received a prestigious award which is the Michelin Star Award!!! WOW. By the way, Michelin Star is a recognition of the high quality of its cooking. No wonder! Crystal Jade is one of the best Authentic Chinese restaurant in Singapore and Manila today.

Reveling in the festivities, Crystal Jade Dining IN (Manila) brings an elegant spread of bestsellers featuring items that are served in Crystal Jade Golden Palace (Singapore) such as Suckling Pig, Baked Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk and Deep-fried Spare Rib with Vinegar.

But first, they welcomed us with their Special Velvet Tea. Sip the silky smooth taste from the right combination of brewed pure tea with milk, achieving the right amount of creaminess and sweetness. It comes in a special milk tea glass pitcher that’s perfect for sharing. (Serving size is good for 5 persons)

YAAAY FOOD! Suckling Pig! AGHHH. Their pig is so good! Melts-in-your-mouth, and the skin is cooked to guarantee a crisp sensation with each bite.

Next is their Baked Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk made of baked live prawns and coated with a rich salted egg yolk mixture, gives just the right kick to the taste buds.

Now, let’s talk about their Deep-fried Spare Rib with Vinegar, the succulent meat inside with this dish is one of the newest deluxe creations of Crystal Jade Dining IN. I’m not a fan of anything with black vinegar but this one is so good!

We also had the Double Boiled Crab Claw Soup with Superior Mushroom in Coconut, Steamed Fish Fillet with Cordycep & Fungus, Braised Beancurd in Kung Pao Style, Fried Seafood Noodle with Assorted Mushroom

And of course, YOU CANNOT LEAVE CRYSTAL JADE without eating their OH-SO-GOOD Xiao Long Bao and Steamed Cream Custard Bun with Salted Egg Yolk. Aghhhh!!! The Best!!!

Lastly, to end our scrumptious meal, we had the Mango Mousse Cake with Red Bean and Longevity Bao / Shoutao.  The texture of the mousse was perfect and very light.
